Leila IA

Afriendly Fire X Legacys Fire) is the mother of Minneannapolis.  Foaled in April 2001, Leila is a Sweepstakes Breeding Entry with Sweepstakes points in Training Level Dressage.  She is truly a lovely mare, 14.3 hands with brilliant metallic copper highlights to her rich mahogany coat.  We were so thrilled with her first colt, Minneannapolis, that we bred her back right away for a June 2009 foal.  Ride her, Show her, Breed her, and Enjoy her!

This mare has a pedigree that reads LARGE, and in fact, she is a large mover in a large framed package, while standing a mere 14.2 hands.  Alicia is broke to ride with 3-months of professional training by Stephanie Snyder of Snyder Training Center.  She is full of go.  She will need more mileage in the area of her new owner's choice.  She is very catty, and with her husky build, she could potentially go into the cow horse/reining disciplines.  Her trot is large, ground covering, and lofty, lending her to the sport horse world as well.  Breeding to Annapolis+ (Sweep-stakes and SHN Payback nominated sire) could be included if desired.

To say that this colt can move is an understatement.  His nickname is "Pretzel."  This little guy hovers above the ground and travels to most destinations in a jaw dropping, floating trot.  He has incredible freedom in his shoulder, allowing him to extend his forearm, and the motor behind brings the hind legs well under him.  His natural balance is just unbelievable.  His neck is well set and he is short coupled and already very well muscled. This youngster is going to make somebody an outstanding dressage horse and potential sire. Sweepstakes, SHNPayback, USEF Lifetime Recorded, Lots of groundwork on this colt who thinks he is a gelding so far.  He is big, sweet, kind and loving.  He has personality Plus!!!  Leggy, floaty. PRETTY.

Afirebright

599489 * 04/25/2002 *  Purebred Arabian Mare, Sweepstakes Breeding Entry

Afirebright is a very athletic 6-year-old mare.  Standing 14.2 hands, she may be small in stature, but her movement is scopey, catty, and lofty all rolled up into one.  This mare can stop and turn on a dime, is very light in front with an excellent engine driving from behind.  She has been started under saddle.  She has been shown main ring halter, but her calling is in the sport horse disciplines and the breeding shed. She is SHN Payback eligible. Has been started under saddle

Indy has already begun her winning show career, placing first in the HA/AA Weanling Fillies Class at the 2007 Pacific Royal Autumn Classic and then going forward to win HA/AA Reserve Champion Jr. Mare at that same show, while just 2-months of age.  She is a bright chestnut with a flaxen mane and tons of personality.  We expect Indy to finish around 15.3 to 16 hands, a nod back to her maternal grandmother.  Currently, at 15-months of age she stands 14.2.  She is both a mover and a looker, and is well suited to a sport horse future.  Her sire is SHN Payback nominated.

Eligible for 2-year-old futurity at SHN this year.  Lots of groundwork done on this filly, including wearing a complete driving harness.

Sweepstakes, SHNPayback.  This colt has tons of attitude, charisma, “look at me” and really covers the ground.  A much stockier bodied colt, but very up-headed and lots of knee and hock action.  We’ve been told by many “old timers” in the Arabian Horse industry that “this is a Good One.”
